Refund policy

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns without prior contact will not be accepted, so be sure to reach out before sending anything back.

Eligible Returns/Exchanges:

  • The item is defective upon arrival
  • The item received differs from the one ordered

Please note: Returns for reasons other than the above are generally not accepted.

Conditions for Exchanges

We accept one-time size exchanges for the same product, only if stock is available.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Color exchanges, sale/clearance items, and pre-order items are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund for the product price.

Refund Method:

  • For credit card payments: refunded via your card provider
  • Other payments: refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees may apply)

Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  2. The item cannot be confirmed as purchased from the kiivu online shop
  3. The item has been used, washed, or altered
  4. The item has absorbed odors such as perfume, cosmetics, or tobacco
  5. The item or its accessories (packaging, tags, etc.) are lost or damaged
  6. The delivery note, product tags, or labels are missing
  7. The item is underwear, an outlet/clearance item, archive sale item, or pre-order
  8. The requested exchange item is out of stock

Notes on Returning Items

  • Please return items (including tags, boxes, and accessories) in their original condition as much as possible.
  • For partial returns or customer-initiated returns, shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
  • The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
